• By accepting the terms and conditions and by claiming your free BASIC Online Salon you agree to an annual NON-REFUNDABLE administration fee of ninety-nine Canadian funds ($99) or $10 per month.  Your use of the Online Salon for advertising your beauty business remains FREE!

By accepting the terms and conditions and by claiming your free Basic Online Salon you are hereby acknowledging that you are a licensed professional in your jurisdiction and speciality and you have the legal authority to advertise your service to the general public.

• As a Canadian Beauty Professional, you can exercise the option to upgrade your listing from Basic to Featured by City Listing, Featured on Home Page, Featured by Category and paying the additional cost as appropriate for your selection.

• As a Canadian  Beauty Professional promoting your salon’s business on Salons of Canada, you hereby agree to refrain from posting videos, photos, text  and any kind of content that is demeaning, racist, homophobic, threatening, libelous in nature, or injurious to the public in any way.  Failure to abide by this rule WILL result in your Online Salon and any other material you have posted removed from view with no refund on your unused maintenance fee. Furthermore, any claim for damages from injured parties arising out of your action will be your SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

• You are prohibited from holding yourself out to the public as an officer, employee or partner of Salons of Canada.  Your sole relationship with Salons of Canada is a directory member offering your services to the public under the terms and conditions of use stated herein.

• You agree to hold Salons of Canada blameless for any claims for damages arising out of the services you perform for your clients as Salons of Canada is simply an advertising platform similar to an ad posted in Print Media such as the Globe and Mail and on directory site such as YellowPages.

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. • All trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged on the website.

• Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
