It took forever to book an appointment and once it was booked they had to cancel it and move it around several times. They rarely have an attendant to answer the main phone and never returned my phone calls and messages. While most of the other staff was pleasant, their general manager, Dmitry Granovsky was extremely rude and offensive. I don't think such an individual should ever work in a facility where positive and relaxing experience are the main service. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I went in for a facial and first of all they made me sit downstairs in some dark room for half an hour waiting for the owner to give me my facial. When she was done her appointment she greeted me rudely not knowing she had me as an appointment. I asked many questions about how to properly care for my skin and Vivienne would ignore my questions altogether or answer with one word answers. She clearly doesn't care about her clients. Another disgusting thing was the fact that she would leave the room for 10 - 15 mins after doing the next part of my facial. There was no face massage or hand massage. NOTHING.
